Yotel, a chain of Japanese-style capsule hotels in Amsterdam, London, New York and Abu Dhabi, has signed a five-year contract with Atos Origin subsidiary Shere Limited for self-service reception kiosks.
“We firmly believe that self-service reception facilities will change the face of hospitality, and we are very excited that Yotel chose to work with us," said Dominic Child of Shere Limited. "Our self-service express reception kiosks will support Yotel’s existing offer, by providing a ‘no fuss’ check-in service that meets their customers’ needs for a quick, easy and convenient service. “
Nigel Buchanan , Yotel’s Operations Director, said they wanted to make the check-in process as simple as possible for their customers.
"Self-service check-in/check-out kiosks enhance our customer experience and frees up our ‘cabin crew’ to focus on providing great customer service," he said. "The worst welcome for any hotel guest is a queue at reception and endless paperwork to fill in.”
Yotel is the fourth hotel chain that has chosen Shere’s self-service express reception. more
